📦 Shipper / Crater

📍 Location: Mansfield, OH

💲 Pay: $20.21/hr

🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Build your future in manufacturing! We're seeking a Shipper / Crater to construct custom shipping crates and safely prepare large industrial equipment for shipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or carpentry who enjoy hands-on work.

✅ Build custom crates, skids, and pallets for industrial equipment

✅ Operate saws, drills, and other power tools

✅ Move and secure products using forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment

✅ Read blueprints, measurements, and shipping instructions

✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or carpentry experience
• Ability to read measurements and basic drawings/blueprints
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
• Forklift or crane experience is a plus
