Job Description
The position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with others. Main Responsibilities include and not limited to Material Coordination. Manage the internal flow of materials, kits, and manufactured hardware to support manufacturing schedules and operations commitments. Perform point-of-use inventory control and compliance, audits, cycle counting, and reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis. Production Support: Execute kit releases, material movement support, and documentation maintenance to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Support the movement and shipment of completed goods to stock, inter-facility, external sites, and internal/external customers. Required Skills and Education
- High School Diploma, College degree and or working toward a degree in related Supply chain/Business Fields a plus.
- Will train and use variety of Supply Chain modules- Paperless/MES, Oracle, PLM, Paperless and, Data View
- Good understanding of MS Office and communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Prior Supply Chain Internship or Stockroom/ Manufacturing role with ability to learn quickly from on the Job partnering/training.
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a High School Diploma or equivalent experience
