PAY AND SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $20.50/hour + $0.55/hour Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

ABOUT THE ROLE

TWB Company is seeking a Material Handler to support production operations at our Antioch facility. In this role, you will move materials throughout the plant, supply production lines, assist with shipping and receiving activities, and help maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials safely throughout the facility
• Supply materials to production equipment and work areas
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Package products for shipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Complete production and inventory documentation
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience
• Warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Overhead crane experience

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
