Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and production goals.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in material handling or shipping is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
