What You Do

  • Receives, inspects, and unloads incoming furniture materials, hardware, and supplies.
  • Transports raw materials, parts, and finished furniture between storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
  • Prepares and stages materials for production according to work orders or job schedules.
  • Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensures all items are properly labeled, stored, and organized to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assists with assembling packaging materials and preparing furniture for shipment.
  • Performs routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Keeps the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Supports production teams by ensuring continuous supply of materials to minimize downtime.
  • Serve as a floater to support other production areas when necessary.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of furniture experience.
  • Ability to read a production ticket.
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail in fast paced environment.
  • Excellent active listening, problem solving, and critical thinking skills required.
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
  • Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
