Job Description

Our client in Middlefield, Ohio, is seeking dependable, safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Drivers to join a growing warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating stand-up forklifts to move, store, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Available Schedules

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Operate a Cherry Picker & Turret Reach Forklift
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Replenish inventory and stock production lines as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications
