Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving

Pay: $19.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Location: Marysville, OH

Malone Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a Shipping & Receiving team supporting a major automotive manufacturer. If you’re looking for a stable schedule, weekly pay, and a path to permanent employment, this could be a great opportunity.

This position includes a mix of sit-down forklift operation and hands-on warehouse work, helping keep shipments organized and moving efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift (approximately 50% of the shift)
• Load and unload trucks with automotive components
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Sort and organize parts for shipping and storage
• Band and secure materials for safe transport
• Put away incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Sort and manage returnable containers
• Assist with general warehouse cleanup and organization
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overtime may be available

Pay

• $19.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

Requirements

• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 - 35 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork
• Reliable attendance
