Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all shipments as required, including wrapping skids, loading/unloading trucks, UPS tracking devices, etc.
  • Transfer any materials as required, either manually or with the use of available equipment.
  • Use organization skills to enable other personnel to locate materials/products when necessary.
  • Receive finished goods, pick and package customer orders if shipping needs assistance, stock replenishment activities, wrap skids, use a forklift to move material and products to the proper location, and load and unload trucks.
  • Pick orders as directed.
  • Use Kanban system to reorder products.
  • Assist wherever else directed within any warehouse. 
  • Responsible for general cleanliness within work area. 
  • Additional duties will include other projects that may be assigned as needed. 

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 2-5 years of varied material movement experience preferred 
  • Basic computer knowledge 
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team 
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission 
  • Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
