Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler - Packaging & Banding at our state-of-the-art facility located in Porter, IN 46304. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are packaged and banded efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

Handle and transport materials to and from packaging stations.
Assist in the packaging and banding of products for shipment.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse environment is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
