Job Description

We are currently hiring Material Handlers for a busy electrical component manufacturing facility in West Milwaukee. This is a 2nd shift opportunity working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where team members play a key role in keeping materials organized and production running efficiently. Candidates with stand-up reach truck, sit-down forklift, or stock truck experience are encouraged to apply, though previous equipment experience is not required.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Mandatory overtime as needed

Pay & Employment

• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• Conversion to permanent employment may be available based on business needs and open positions
• No interview required

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

• Fill orders and issue materials and supplies as requested

• Operate material handling equipment such as:- Forklifts

  • Reach trucks
  • Pallet jacks
  • Cherry pickers
  • Walking riders
  • EZ-Go carts
  • Hand trucks and dollies

• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain inventory organization and material flow

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Reach truck, forklift, or stock truck experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to read labels, tickets, and product documentation
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift in varying warehouse temperatures
• Must be able to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
• No shirts displaying explicit or offensive content
