Job Summary: Responsible for supplying raw materials from the warehouse to manufacturing, moving raw material throughout the warehouse.
Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am. Training for this position will be conducted on first shift.
The Warehouse Operator plays an essential role in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. This position involves physical inventory management, forklift operation, and coordination across departments to maintain efficient supply flow.
This role follows an on-site model and requires a hands-on approach. We offer a supportive team environment where safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement are top priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supply raw materials from the warehouse to manufacturing as required on work orders.
Unload raw materials from delivery trucks, move materials to designated warehouse locations, and complete transfers in the inventory control system.
Replenish finished goods from manufacturing to designated warehouse locations and perform related inventory transfers.
Fulfill inventoried items based on Inventory Request Forms.
Relocate short-dated product to quarantined storage areas and complete appropriate inventory transfers.
Process scrap forms by pulling and disposing of materials in line with company guidelines.
Participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
Maintain valid forklift certification and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Support other departments or take on new assignments as required by supervisor or manager.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
Proficiency in basic math skills required for routine calculations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, and Windows operating systems.
Must maintain a valid forklift certification.
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly.
