What You’ll Do:

  • Retrieve raw materials and ingredients from warehouse rack locations.
  • Accurately weigh, label, and palletize seasoning batches needed for production.
  • Follow the production schedule and complete the formulation of seasoning batches based on the order the batches will be produced.
  • Operate forklift equipment.
  • Properly seal and return all unused materials to the correct warehouse location.

Note: Some of the ingredients are in heavy bags, so you will need to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly. The spices can create a dusty environment and sometimes have high heat intensity or contain allergens.  If you are sensitive to these conditions, this job may not be the right fit for you.

  • RELIABILITY - Team members who show up every shift, on time, and can work occasional overtime.  If you’re not ready to commit, this isn’t for you
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year of warehouse experience; food manufacturing preferred
  • Demonstrated basic math and good communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy products weighing up to 100lbs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Experience picking, material handling, and order selection of materials preferred
  • Prior forklift experience highly preferred; ability to operate forklift required
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment that may contain allergens and spices and with high heat intensity and may be in hot or cold temperatures for long periods.
  • Ability to ascend or descend ladders and platforms and work at heights on platforms 6’+
  • Near/far visual acuity and ability to hear machinery alarms is required
  • Ability to follow GMPs.  We make food your family and friends will eat, which means we have strict rules for food safety.  Jewelry, false eyelashes, and fake fingernails are not permitted in the manufacturing plant. If these are things you can’t go without, this job isn’t for you.
