Material Handler

Location: Wilson, NC 27893

Pay: $14.00–$16.00/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts:

• M-Th 5pm - 3:30am (3rd)
• M-F 7:30am - 4pm (1st)

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Material Handlers. This role supports warehouse and production operations by moving, staging, loading, unloading, and organizing materials.

No previous material handling experience is required! We are open to candidates with general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on experience who are reliable and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, stage, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials, products, boxes, and pallets.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-moving equipment as needed.
• Supply materials to production areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues to a supervisor.
• Work with warehouse and production teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred, but not required.
• Pallet jack experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks or moving materials.
• Experience working around production machinery or manufacturing equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as required.
• Ability to safely handle and move materials throughout the facility.
