Now Hiring – Overhead Crane Operator (3rd Shift)

Location: University Park, IL

Shift: 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Training on 1st Shift)

Pay: $20.00/hour

Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements: Drug Test and Background Check Required

We are seeking dependable and team-oriented individuals for a 3rd Shift Overhead Crane Operator position. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is ready to contribute to team success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes to unload trucks and railcars

• Keep production lines stocked and organized in the Coil Bay

• Read production schedules and pull/stage required materials

• Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S practices)

• Unwrap coil packaging and dispose of waste properly

• Dump trash and scrap bins as needed

• Follow directions from supervisors and adjust to facility needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Must meet daily production quotas

• Flexible with start/end times and available for overtime with short notice

• Strong team player willing to help others and contribute to team goals

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
