**Preference given to those with prior forklift experience. 

JOB RESPONSABILITIES: 

• Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including affected lock out tag out procedures   

• Use common hand and power tools for material handling activities including but not limited to cutting, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc 

• Use electric and manual pallet jacks and dollies  

• Build pallets according to correct shipping specifications  

• Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership   

• Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards 

• Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement 

• Follow safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organized work area 

• Independently load and organize shipping trucks  

• Operate a forklift  

• Plan, organize, and package Watson products for shipment 

• Picking, storing, and sorting hardware 

• Inventory management  

• All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership 

JOB KNOWLEDGE: 

• Material handling experience preferred 

• How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule 

• How to use basic power and hand tools 

• A willingness to learn the Watson Production System  

• All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadership
