**Responsibilities:
**
- Safely operate and maneuver a sit-down electric forklift to support daily warehouse and production activities.
- Supervise, guide, and assist forklift operators to ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.
- Manage and coordinate material handling, inventory movement, and outbound shipping processes to maintain operational flow.
- Monitor daily workflow, adjust task priorities, and allocate resources to meet changing production schedules and deadlines.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Maintain accurate lot traceability and documentation for materials, packaging, and inventory transactions.
- Utilize RF scanning systems (including aScan technology) to track inventory, update records, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, cGMP regulations, and quality compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational challenges, improve communication, and optimize efficiency.
**Qualifications:
**
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts within warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supporting employees in a production or warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage inventory, lot tracking, and documentation.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain professional and productive while working under pressure and meeting operational deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications
**
- Experience working in regulated industries such as cGMP, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related environments.
- Knowledge of RF scanning systems and warehouse management software for inventory control.
- Experience supporting production-focused operations with an emphasis on efficiency and material flow
