Job Overview:
LidWorks is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler to support our operations by managing raw materials and recyclables. This role plays a key part in inventory tracking, production support, and sustainable recycling practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine Gaylord containers and identify those with existing labels
- Generate transactional labels to track inventory movement for accounting and operations
- Stage raw materials and recyclables in appropriate areas for use or processing
- Move raw materials into and out of the holding warehouse, ensuring proper labeling
- Supply machines with the necessary raw materials to meet production targets
- Regrind scrapped plastic sheets and clean discarded lids for recycling. This requires knowledge of compatible materials, colors, and blends, along with safety awareness
- Allocate purges and contaminated plastic to designated Gaylord containers; dispose of non-plastic waste in the appropriate dumpsters
- Complete all required paperwork for scrap tracking and accountability
- Regularly check bulletin boards for meeting announcements and official company communications
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] regularly
- Requires standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including exposure to noise, temperature variations, and dust

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in materials handling or warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
