Material Handler - Plano, TX

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination while maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Operate Forklift
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Enter data and update information in warehouse management systems
• Generate shipping documents, reports, and other required documentation
• Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Previous material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with data entry and inventory systems
• Ability to accurately manage documentation and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
