Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks including loading and unloading shipments, picking and packing orders, and preparing pallets for shipment. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using manual methods or material handling equipment.

• Pick orders accurately based on pick tickets or scanning systems.

• Palletize and shrink-wrap orders for shipment.

• Move, stack, and organize materials in designated areas.

• Assist with general warehouse duties including sweeping, trash removal, and restocking.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and order picking.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
