Location: Milwaukee, WI
Employment Type: Full time, on-site

Salary Description: $20.00 - $22.00

Diamond Precision Products is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler/Packer to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products are handled, packaged, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to customer and quality specifications
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, palletizing, and staging
• Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Verify quantities and part numbers to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain inventory organization and material flow throughout the production area
• Inspect products for visible defects before packaging
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Support warehouse and production teams as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
