Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinder
• Use safe practices and comply with all company policies and procedures

• Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations as required
• Conduct safety observations and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities as required by our plant EHS manager
• Maintain work space before, during and after each scheduled shift in accordance with 5S principles
• Completes all paperwork correctly and legibly
• Contribute towards continuous improvement processes and projects in the areas of output, quality, cost and delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

• The ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Organizational, planning, documentation, reporting and time management skills
• Basic skills: critical thinking and reading comprehension
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Operate a forklift/tow motor
