Pay: $21.65 per hour

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Uses forklift to deliver raw or in-process material to operations, removes the finished material from the process to storage or to the next process
  • Moves scrap to the holding area for recycling and waste containers to the appropriate waste storage
  • Loads or unloads shipments
  • Reads in process tickets, finished goods tickets, and scrap tickets
  • Maintains logs, labels, etc. to ensure that materials are properly routed and that each process receives the correct material for the assigned produce
  • Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules
  • Conducts daily safety checks throughout the shift while using proper PPE

Qualifications:

  • Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer
  • Able to Bend, Push & Pull 75 lbs. and Reach frequently
  • Able to lift or carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Able to stand or walk for multiple hours consecutively
  • Able to drive powered industrial vehicles or willing to learn to drive powered industrial vehicles
