Job Description

General Function

To support Bakery operations by maintaining the loading dock in a sanitary and temperature appropriate condition.

Responsibilities:

Load & unload trucks

Conduct Trailer inspections

Complete required paperwork

Responsibility to ensure safe quality food.

Verify contents of shipment against original order and invoice

Qualifications:

Willingness to comply with GMP's and Food safety requirements. Ability to follow written and or verbal instructions to Specifications. Ability to accurately fill out required Shipping & Receiving paperwork. Ability to move and lift objects up to 55 lbs.

Able to wear required Uniforms & PPE

Able to climb, bend reach and perform repetitive motions.

Able to work in temperature extremes and stand for a 10-hour shift. Ability to operate Powered lift trucks.

Maintain a steady work pace.

Operate a stand up forklift.

Standards of performance:

Accurate completion of daily and intermittent paperwork

You should be proficient in:

• Forklift Licensed
• Deburring Experience
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
