Material Control Documentation Analyst

Schedule: Full time - Monday- Friday
 Hours are negotiable based on the following scheduling: 7am-4pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, or 8am-5pm.

Position Summary: This position will work within the production control team as well as inter departmentally to communicate new and existing part coding and update routers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze and code new part numbers entering the system to ensure Oracle functions as expected for Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Cost Accounting and update existing parts
• Create basic routers and edit existing routers
• Setup outside processing with correct resource, department, routing, and supplier information
• Work with documentation control on new instruments
• Set up new stocking locations and establish proper transaction defaults

• Strong technical, organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, as well as work in a team environment
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain positive, professional character in stressful situations

Education/Certifications: 

•           High school diploma or equivalent
