JOB SUMMARY

Essential Function

·         Data analysis and configurations. Analyze usage data from customer or sales history from TIMS to determine the best items for vending. Design configuration of vending equipment to submit to appropriate Vending Specialist for approval. Help generate proposal to present to OSR and customer.

·         Service. As needed visit customer locations with existing MATHESON vending for hardware service issues as well as offer any additional software support / training for the customer. Communicate with vending machine manufacturer to diagnose issues and get parts ordered and shipped. Identify any possible sales opportunities while onsite and report back to Vending Specialist and local OSR.

·         Sales, assist with sales presentations when needed. Perform all pre install data / software requirements prior to installation, run reports on a regular basis as needed to show value of vending for perspective customers.

·         Installation, assist Vending Specialist with or install alone new vending installs. Train customers how to use the machines both at the user and admin level, as well as comprehensive web portal training. Handle any new training requirements with customers when needed.

·         Repair product as needed and refurbish vending machines when taken out of the field for later installation. Maintain a supply of common parts for service and repair.

·         General maintenance of required goods to support the Vending Specialists.
