Raytheon is seeking a Master Scheduler who will report through the Integrated Business Planning organization. This role will require experience as a planner / scheduler in order to oversee and be accountable for all scheduling activities within our organization’s multiple work cells.

This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment. The individual selected to fill this role will need to be able to interface effectively with all levels of management in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.

What You Will Do:

Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions, improve problem-solving, and improve efficiency.

Address scheduling issues and drive cross-functional teams towards meeting cost and schedule commitments to our internal and external customers.

Creating, maintaining, and updating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Operations and assigned programs; Serving as a key point of contact for the Integrated Business Planning team, ensuring customer commitments are met.

Communicate and drive resolution of supply concerns with supply and demand planning, factory value stream leads, contracts, supply chain, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders as needed.

Use internal tools to prepare simulated schedule scenarios to understand and analyze the impact of a schedule load or change.

Data Integrity Management in SAP and other systems as needed.

Implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling processes.

Interact with internal and external customers with respect to product/material planning, problem resolution, and process improvement

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field

Experience using Microsoft Office suite

Minimum 2 years’ experience in data mining and/or data analytics, or relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience

Experience using SAP

Prior Master Scheduling or Material/Production Planning experience

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
