American Dream Home Services is adding a plumbing division — service and new construction — to our trusted Durango team. We need the master plumber who makes it real.

This is a ground-floor role: you'll be the license the division is built on, the top tech in the field, and the person who trains the team that comes after you.

And here, you're not just an employee — you're an owner. American Dream Home Services is employee-owned, so when the company grows, your share grows with it.

What you'll do

Serve as the company's Colorado Master Plumber of record for permits and the division's plumbing contractor registration
Run complex service calls: water heaters and tankless units, repipes, gas lines, sewer and water line repair and replacement
Lead residential new-construction and remodel plumbing: rough-in, top-out and trim-out
Pull permits, meet inspectors and make sure every job passes the first time
Train, mentor and ride along with technicians and apprentices; sign off on their work
Build flat-rate pricing and standard job procedures with leadership
Recommend tools, truck stock and equipment as we build out the fleet
Take part in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What you bring

Active Colorado Master Plumber license (or able to obtain one within 60 days)
8+ years of plumbing experience, including residential service and new construction
Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code, fuel gas code and local permitting in La Plata County
Experience training or leading other plumbers
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Straight talk with homeowners, builders and inspectors — and the integrity to stand behind your work

Schedule

Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.

Benefits

Company service vehicle, fully stocked
Company-provided specialty tools and equipment
Uniforms and a work tablet
PTO and paid vacation days
Leadership path: room to grow into Plumbing Service Manager as the division scales
