Gopher Sewer and Drain is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team in Fridley, Minnesota. This position involves diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues for residential and commercial customers while providing high-quality service and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues for residential and commercial customers. This role involves plumbing installation, repair, drain cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues.
• Perform pipe installation, repair, and replacement.
• Complete drain cleaning, maintenance, and plumbing inspections.
• Use equipment including cable snakes, drain augers, and high-powered water jets.
• Identify plumbing issues and provide customers with clear findings and recommendations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and complete work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
• Meet service schedules and maintain a professional appearance on job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience.
• Valid Minnesota Master Plumber License or eligibility to obtain one within the required timeframe.
• Strong experience with plumbing installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Drain cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
