Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Master Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in North Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will play a critical part in the assembly and integration of complex mechanical systems. Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve assembly processes and product designs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and quality control measures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical assembly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, with a focus on complex systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, tools, and assembly techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
