Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Master Machinist/Journeyman at our Columbia PA Manufacturing Facility

Tool and die blueprint reading
Mechanical knowledge
Fabrication/welding
Familiar with Injection Molding
Manufacturing repair
Tooling repair
Precision measuring instrument
Repairing molds
Operating grinding and milling machines
Tear down, clean, assemble after fix, clean, polish
Grind, mill & lathe
Visualizing and computing metal shapes and tolerances
Designing jigs and templates as work aids in the fabrication of parts
Measuring and marking metal stock for machining
Setting up machine tools such as drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines
Filing, grinding, shimming metals to ensure a smooth finish
Fitting and assembling tools and mold parts
Inspecting finished dies and molds for defects, smoothness, and contour deformities
All other duties/tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

General Machine Knowledge
AutoCad or Solidworks Experience
Majority of time is spent standing and repetitive use of both hands
Working in a factory environment - heat, dust, etc

Starting rate pay $38.75 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift
