What You'll Do:

Visit local customers' homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your experience and your tools
- Provide a top-tier customer experience—you're the expert they're counting on
- In addition to repairs, you'll offer protection plans and add-ons that benefit the customer—and your paycheck
- Keep your tools and vehicle organized—use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you
- Grow your skillset and become more valuable with each new type of appliance or service you learn
- Support your team and your customers with professionalism and pride

Who We're Looking For:

A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things
- Self-driven, responsible, and strong mechanical aptitude
- Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload
- Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks
- Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates
- High school diploma or GED required
- EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we'll help you get certified if needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver's license
