Job Description

Seeking detail-oriented candidates for a 2nd shift Masker position in a clean room manufacturing environment. This role involves masking/demasking precision parts, using microscopes and small hand tools, cleaning and organizing materials, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong hand-eye coordination, good attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.

Requirements:

Extended seated work periods

High level of manual dexterity required

Must be able to distinguish colors accurately

Near-vision capability required (with or without correction)

ESD handling and PPE compliance required
