Your Opportunity: Taylor is looking for a creative, growth-minded Marketing Specialist to help grow Taylor OnDemand (POD.Taylor.com) into a recognized leader within the reseller, eCommerce, influencer, and technology communities.

What You'll Own:
Grow an Emerging Brand
Help establish Taylor OnDemand as a go-to resource for print-on-demand solutions by developing creative strategies that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue.
- Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising, social media, email marketing, landing pages, and marketing automation platforms.
- Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, nurture programs, and customer journeys designed to generate leads and drive growth.
- Create engaging content that educates, inspires, and connects with audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities to grow awareness, reach new audiences, and maximize results within lean budgets.
- Track performance, uncover insights, test new approaches, and continuously improve results across channels.
Support a Market-Leading Brand
Help support Taylor Corporate Identity & Branding's growth by creating personalized marketing experiences that showcase Taylor's capabilities, support strategic sales opportunities, and help win new business.
- Create customized landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and digital assets that support enterprise sales efforts.
- Develop content and customer journeys designed to engage prospects and differentiate Taylor in competitive opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to bring strategic pursuits, key accounts, and growth initiatives to life through compelling digital experiences.
- Support Highspot content management and create tools that help sales teams effectively communicate Taylor's value proposition.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
- 3+ years of social media / digital marketing experience - preferably focused on the B2B or reseller space
- Experienced with digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content creation
- Equal parts creative thinker and data-driven marketer
- Excited by the challenge of building awareness for a growing brand
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
- Skilled at maximizing results with limited budgets
- Curious, proactive, and willing to test new ideas
- Comfortable building awareness for emerging brands while supporting established businesses
- Energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
We would also prefer:
- Digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube)
- HubSpot, Act-On, or similar marketing automation platforms
- Email marketing and nurture campaigns
- Landing page creation and optimization
- Highspot and sales enablement platforms
- Digital flipbooks and interactive content
- Google Analytics and campaign reporting
- Social media content development and management
- CRM and lead management platforms

The Bottom Line:
We're not looking for someone to simply maintain marketing programs.
We're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand, drive growth, create meaningful customer experiences, and leave their mark on one of Taylor's most exciting business initiatives.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $58k - $62k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
