Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our corporate marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our global marketing operations to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable impact across all regions. You’ll supervise a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering , and IT to drive data-driven decision-making, streamline processes, and elevate our global marketing performance.

Responsibilities :

• Leads the development of advertising messaging and technical content for product catalogs, marketing materials, sales tools, product launches, websites, and more
• Overseas global public relation campaigns and social media sites and strategies. Assists with internal communications and email campaigns.
• Responsible for corporate global advertising program creation, monitoring performance to KPI’s, and optimizing for results and cost
• Coordinates advertising strategy for all online marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and programmatic for a global audience
• Works with Marketing leadership on brand messaging, identity and voice, while ensuring consistency. Continuously adapting the brand for market needs
• Represents Smalley at multiple domestic and/or international exhibitions per year
• Actively participates in team initiatives, shares knowledge, and supports colleagues to achieve collective departmental and company goals
• Monitors and reviews performance of direct reports providing prompt and objective coaching and mentoring
• Provides cross-functional leadership  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred
• Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM programs, Adobe Creative Suite desired

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
