Marketing Intern

We are currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience and the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Position Overview

The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, contribute to brand initiatives, and assist in executing digital and social media campaigns. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple facets of marketing in a growing, industrial B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts
Support execution of marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and brand messaging
Maintain and update marketing systems and tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
Help manage and grow social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness
Contribute to content planning by supporting the development of a monthly social media calendar
Conduct market and customer research to support marketing strategies
Assist with identifying and coordinating partnerships or influencer opportunities

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 25–50% as needed
Openness to learning about manufacturing processes, including exposure to mill operations
Interest in building a long-term career with the company and living in the area
