Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator is the primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of ongoing marketing activities. This role involves preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars and schedules. This role assumes digital media responsibilities for Volm Companies and requires staying current with digital technology, platforms, and media trends. Other duties include researching market trends and creating reports related to product performance and analytics; coordinating marketing campaign content and graphics for blog posts or social media posts; and assisting in the successful execution of marketing events such as trade shows, sales meetings, and other events. The Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time position requiring occasional travel.

Essential Duties
- Collaboratewith sales, marketing management,and product management teams to develop branding messages
- Coordinates the development and distribution of materials for sales, marketing, and training
- Coordinates with graphics for content and creative across social media and digital campaigns
- Website email inquiry review & routing
- Responsible for sales leads database management and automation
- Createanddistributeemail marketing campaigns
- Plan meetings and trade shows byidentifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements;establishingcontacts; and developing schedules and assignments
- Maintains supplier relationships with printers, tradeshow exhibit houses, contractors, videographers, and photographers.
- Prepares and provides trade show, event, and sales meeting details through communications to internal stakeholders
- Develops andmaintainspositive relationships with current and prospective clients
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Knowledge of marketing principles, normally acquired by the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred.
- Understanding ofsales and marketing practices, including financial modeling, pricing strategy, and the development and use of price lists.
- Experience using MicrosoftOffice SuiteincludingExcel, Word,andPowerPoint.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time.
- Capability to lift and carry objects of various weightsup to 50 poundsoccasionally.
- Proficiencyin using hands, fingers, and arms for tasks such as typingandwriting.
- Sufficient visual acuity to readdocuments andrecognize details at close and distant ranges.
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communication.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach low or high objects.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
- Adaptability to work in varying environmental conditions, such as temperature extremes, noise, dust, or fumes, depending on the nature of the job.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear, including helmets, goggles, gloves, and safety shoes, as required by the job.

Travel Requirements
This position requires occasional overnight travel and occasional travel within the workday to attend sales events, trade shows, other Volm facilities, and customer sites.
Driver Qualification
The ability to drive a company owned/leased vehicle or personal vehicle on behalf of the company is preferred. Inclusion in the company’s driver qualification program is required to drive a company owned/leased vehicle or personal vehicle.
Becoming a qualified driver includes:
- Agree to the company driving policies that apply to company owned/leasedvehicleor personalvehicleas applicable.
- Possessandmaintaina valid driver’slicense andbea minimum of 21 years of age.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record, asevidencedby completion of a baseline motor vehicle record check and ongoing monitoring.
- When driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company, must provide a copy of the declaration page from personal auto insurance that shows the policy dates and minimum coverage amounts ($300,000 bodily injury per accident/$100,000 property damage per accidentorif driving less than 5 hours/200 miles a year $50,000 bodily injury per accident/$10,000 property damage per accident or the state minimum, whichever is more). This requirement is initially and then annually thereafter.
