Join our dynamic team as the Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of Superior Ag’s marketing, communication, and engagement initiatives across digital, print, and in-person channels. This role assists with content creation, customer communications, brand consistency, and event coordination. This position also works closely with HR to support recruitment marketing, onboarding coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media content, monitoring audience engagement, and performance metrics
  • Develop high-quality written content such as blog posts, newsletters, promotional materials, and internal communications.
  • Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring timely publication of blog posts, product updates, and relevant announcements.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives through the customer portal by creating communications and product promotions and assist in maintaining and updating customer lists and databases

Content Development & Brand Support

  • Assist in developing marketing literature and promotional materials
  • Create graphics and multimedia content for digital and print use
  • Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and internal materials
  • Coordinate promotional products and branded apparel orders

Events & Outreach Support

  • Provide logistical and marketing support for trade shows, customer events, recruiting events, and company functions
  • Prepare signage, printed materials, apparel, and promotional items for events and internal programs

Recruitment Marketing & HR Support

  • Assist the Human Resources department with digital recruiting campaigns, online job postings, and career fair preparation and support.
  • Support marketing materials and logistics for career fairs and recruiting events
  • Help maintain and update employer branding content on digital platforms

Onboarding & Internal Engagement Support

  • Assist HR with onboarding communication and training coordination
  • Help prepare onboarding materials and internal communications
  • Coordinate employee welcome bags, branded items, and supply ordering
  • Support internal engagement initiatives and company communications as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to various audiences.
  • Basic graphic design skills; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, newsletter platforms, or customer management systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with event coordination or support activities is desirable.
