Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marine mechanic who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair work on high-end recreational boats and yachts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair marine outboard engines.

• Perform routine maintenance, major repairs, and engine servicing.

• Troubleshoot fuel, electrical, cooling, and ignition systems.

• Utilize diagnostic software to identify and resolve engine faults.

• Perform engine rigging, installation, and repower work as needed.

• Conduct inspections and operational testing.

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair findings.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing and repairing marine outboard engines.

• Strong knowledge of Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, or Honda outboard systems.

• Experience with computerized engine diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned repairs.

• Manufacturer certifications are highly desirable but not required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
