What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the Marine, Shipbuilding, Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, or Skilled Trade Industries.
• Proven track record of successful placements. We are looking for recruiters who can demonstrate their ability to consistently fill positions and exceed recruiting goals.
• Experience recruiting positions such as:

Structural Welders, Pipe Welders, Shipfitters, Marine Electricians, Riggers,Machinists, Painter/Blaster, Industrial helpers, Foreman, and other skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified skilled trades professionals.
• Conduct interviews and candidate screenings.
• Coordinate testing, onboarding, and start dates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Partner with clients to meet hiring deadlines.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality and urgency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience using recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced enviroment.
