Job Description

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair marine mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.

• Troubleshoot marine diesel engines, generators, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.

• Perform maintenance and repairs aboard luxury yachts.

• Support yacht refit, service, and repair projects.

• Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and yard management.

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on marine engineering or yacht service experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of marine diesel engines and vessel systems.

• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Previous experience in a yacht service yard, shipyard, or marine repair facility.

• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.

• Marine certifications and manufacturer training are a plus.
