Job Description

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on carpentry experience and takes pride in detailed, finish-quality work. Marine or yacht experience is preferred, but candidates with strong backgrounds in finish carpentry, cabinetry, custom woodworking, or high-end residential/commercial millwork should also be considered.

Key Experience

• Finish carpentry and custom woodworking
• Cabinetry, millwork, and interior installation
• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling components
• Working with hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and marine-grade materials
• Reading drawings, plans, and specifications
• Repairing and refinishing interior and exterior woodwork
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Comfortable using standard woodworking and power tools
• Yacht, boatbuilding, or marine-refit experience is a major plus
