Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Carpenter / Framer to lead and coordinate construction projects focused on framing, carpentry, and structural assembly. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations on-site and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately
• Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Oversee the installation of rebar, metal studs, siding, stucco, roofing, trim carpentry, and masonry components with precision
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously across the site to maintain a secure work environment
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely while managing heavy lifting tasks effectively
• Conduct quality inspections of work performed; address issues promptly to maintain high standards of concrete finishing, plastering, restoration, and remodeling projects

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on framing or carpentry roles
• Extensive hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco, and restoration projects
• Skilled in blueprint reading and working from schematics for complex construction tasks
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in framing and carpentry applications
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely in diverse construction environments
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols; ability to enforce compliance among team members
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
