We are hiring 

**Manufacturing Workers

** for a 

**food manufacturing company

** with openings on 

**1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

**. This is a 

**performance-to-hire opportunity

**, giving you the chance to join the company permanently based on performance and attendance.

**Schedule:

**Monday – Friday1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

**Pay:

**• 1st Shift: 

**$19.68/hour

**• 2nd Shift: 

**$19.68/hour

**• 3rd Shift: 

**$20.93/hour

**

**Job Responsibilities:

**• Support packaging line operations• Assemble and tape boxes for production• Pack finished products into boxes• Seal boxes and stack onto pallets• Heat seal bags and package product• Fill and tie bulk products into super sacks• Pass product through metal detectors• Stack bags and boxes into pallet configurations• Sort recyclable materials (plastic/corrugate)• Maintain cleanliness of work areas• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures

**• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment• Ability to stand for long periods• Ability to lift, bend, and move throughout the shift• Strong attention to detail and teamwork• Reliable attendance and punctuality
