$24.47/hr + $1.75/hr Shift Differential

2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) OR 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are currently hiring a Miller / Compounder for a leading manufacturing company in Taunton, MA. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, production, compounding, mixing, or material handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing, compounding, milling, and screening equipment.

• Measure and blend raw materials according to production formulas.

• Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Record production data and complete required documentation.

• Collect and label samples for QA/QC testing.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.

• Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
