**Day and Night Shifts available: **6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am following a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime and days off; Night Shift differential: $1.25/hr.

Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in production.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Operate and maintain packaging machines, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently.
- Utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to monitor and control production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong shop math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
- Familiarity with packaging machines and HMI systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
You should be proficient in:
