Position Overview:- The team is seeking a third maintenance technician to support manufacturing operations and facility equipment. The role is highly hands-on and focused on maintaining vacuum chambers, vacuum systems, HVAC-related equipment, compressors, pumps, cooling water systems, and general production support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily maintenance checks on vacuum chambers and production equipment.
- Monitor and maintain compressors, dryers, pumps, and related systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, leaks, pressure problems, and system failures.
- Install, repair, and replace tubing, fittings, valves, pumps, and water lines.
- Ensure chambers are properly sealed and operating within specifications.
- Build and assemble simple custom fixtures, racks, tables, and support structures.
- Work with glove boxes and perform maintenance tasks using tools through glove ports.
- Support custom manufacturing projects requiring mechanical assembly and fabrication.
- Handle and learn proper procedures for sensitive materials such as lithium.
- Perform basic soldering and occasional light welding tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of relevant maintenance experience (manager
originally mentioned 5 years preferred, but confirmed he does not want to be overly restrictive and will consider candidates meeting the posted requirements).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance experience.
