POSITION SUMMARY:Provides direction and support for analytical troubleshooting of production related processes.

•Responsible for assisting with training Technicians•Develop, audit, and document Preventive Maintenance program•Cost-reduction improvement projects•Monitor all Repair & Maintenance accounts

•Thorough knowledge of Briggs & Stratton products, manufacturing processes, and systems•Ability to identify and solve problems with systems and manufacturing equipment and recommend improvements•Ability to lead teams in daily operations, problem solving, and/or customer satisfaction projects [if ppt]•[endif]EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•Minimum of five years of progressive experience in manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems
