Position Overview

Formation Talent Solutions is seeking Production Team Members for a large manufacturing operation in Windsor, Colorado.

In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll help produce large composite components used in the wind energy industry. This is a great opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, warehouse operations, crane/material handling, composites, or other fast-paced physical work environments.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Perform hands-on production and assembly work.
• Fit and assemble components using bolts, screws, shafts, bearings, and other hardware.
• Follow detailed work and process instructions.
• Complete assigned production tasks within established timelines.
• Lift, position, move, and remove materials throughout the production area.
• Load, stack, and transport materials manually or using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Use cranes and jibs as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, warehouse operations, crane operations, or other physically demanding environments will be considered.
• 6–12 months of related manufacturing/composites experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office, SAP, or Apriso experience is a plus.
• Must be able to meet confined-space requirements.
• Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test.
• Comfortable working around fiberglass, fiberglass dust, epoxy, and late

Compensation

$23.50–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
