As a
Manufacturing Technician B
your goal is to use
your technical expertise, to be the go-to person for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in your area. You'll also be responsible for setting up various production machines to ensure top-notch quality products are manufactured.
You will do this by:
Maintaining mechanical, electrical and hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment
Perform various operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification
Trains employees; assigns and directs work; provides feedback to supervisor regarding employee work performance; addresses complaints and resolves problems
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 1.5 years’ relevant working experience to include; Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic skills
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to use computers for email communications and data entry for quality/production systems

Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to use power/vibrating tools over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
