Manufacturing Technician

Put your technical skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing role where you’ll troubleshoot equipment, build and test hardware, and work directly with engineering to solve problems and improve processes.

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hr

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician with strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical aptitude. You’ll support manufacturing operations by diagnosing technical issues, inspecting hardware, assembling and testing equipment, and assisting with continuous improvement efforts.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and products to identify faults and root causes.
• Perform hardware inspections and document quality issues or discrepancies.
• Assemble and support first article builds, test fixtures, racks, wiring, and hardware.
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Follow technical documentation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Support process improvements, defect reduction, and 6S initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on troubleshooting, repair, or manufacturing technician experience.
• Mechanical and electrical assembly/integration experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with manufacturing test processes, handheld scanners, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
